Contemplation and embodiment

A playful approach to bring the insights of self-inquiry into the body and down to earth. We are gathering as mirrors of each other, sharing presence in words and silence in this moment. Those of you who like to may look through the lens of Gene Keys and/or Tibetan Pulsing or whatever wisdom you bring to the gathering. You do not need to learn any system to participate in this. You can simply be inspired or drawn to be there for no reason and play with what comes up. All topics, personal, spiritual, worldly or otherworldly are welcome.

In the beginning of the meeting Adima and Sudeva tune the cosmic background frequencies of the day (from Tibetan Pulsing) with sounds of voice and music. Also we introduce the practical wisdom of the Gene Key of the Week and how it all blends together. Tibetan Pulsing and Gene Keys are each complete in themselves and also form a rich synthesis that supports embodiment of wisdom and deepens understanding of how you are ticking.

The art of listening is central to this. Listening to our bodies, entering communion with our organs and other body parts. Listening to each other deepens true and fulfilling connectedness. We'll undertake journeys inside to remember the forgotten language of talking to the body and mind.
